Precautions for rubber hose storage
1) Storage period: identify the storage time of hose, first in first out. The storage period shall be as short as possible, with a maximum of 24 months, and shall be checked before use.
2) Temperature: try to keep the storage temperature between 0 ℃ and 35 ℃. Otherwise, the aging of the hose will be accelerated.
3) Humidity: relative humidity ≤ 65% is the best.
4) Illumination: keep away from sunlight and strong artificial light source. The windows of the warehouse should use dark glass to avoid the light of the outside environment.
5) Ozone: ozone will accelerate the aging of rubber pipes. There shall be no equipment producing ozone in the storage warehouse. Such as mercury vapor lamp, high-voltage electrical equipment, running motor.
6) Storage environment: it is forbidden to contact with solvents, Oils and fats, acids and bases, disinfectants, etc. Do not expose to steam.
7) Stacking method: the coiled hose shall be placed horizontally, and the stacking height shall not deform the products at the bottom. Avoid contact with sharp surfaces.
8) Handling: during handling, it is not allowed to drag on sharp and rough surfaces, or subject them to bending and flattening.
